Great for Thanksgiving leftovers and low fat, too
Makes: 8 servings
4 cups white meat turkey, shredded or sliced thinly
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
In a large saucepan, combine vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir in turkey and cook five minutes more, or until mixture is heated through. Spoon hot barbecue mixture over bottom half of toasted burger buns. Top with other half.
