6 ounces browned ground round, Rinsed and Patted Dry
2 cups cooked macaroni
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 16-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
1 onion chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 ounces fat-free sour cream
Combine ground round, macaroni, tamato sauce,tomatoes,onion,garlic powder and sour cream. Pour in casserole, top with low fat cheese and bake at 351 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 servings; 5 grams of fat per serving
