Thumbs up NO FAT Cinnamon Rolls

Since these contain sugar, they should only be eaten as a special treat. Too much sugar can hurt weight loss.....[*]3/4 cups skim milk[*]1/4 cup sugar[*]2 teaspoons cinnamon[*]butter-flavored non-stick cooking s[*]1/4 cup raisins[*]1/4 cup powdered sugar mixed w/2 teaspoons skim milk Combine baking mix and skim milk. Turn the dough out onto flat surface that has been sprinkled with flour or baking mix. Roll the dough outonto a 12"X 14" rectangle. combine the sugar and cinnamon. S dough with non-stick cooking s. Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixturen then the raisins over the dough. Roll the dough up beginning with the 14" side. Press the seam to seal. Cut the roll into 12- 1 inch pieces. Place in a 9"X13" baking dish that has been sed with butter flavor cooking s. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 Degrees. Drizzle with powderd sugar mixture over the rolls......Enjoy 12 servings 0 Fat grams per serving

I do have to say when I read the thread name I thought hmmmmm shouldn't cinnamon buns BE fat :D
