Post Fat Free Spinach Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
Serves: 1 servings

Ingredients:
1 pk (6 oz) Baby Spinach
1/4 c Sliced mushrooms
1/4 c Fat free croutons
2 tb Sliced red onion
1/3 c Kraft Fat Free Mayo
1/3 c Fat free sour cream
4 tb Dijon mustard
4 tb Clover honey
2 tb Fat free milk
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
mix.

Serves 4.

Miss Piggy share??? Nope ... LOL ... she already has to share her spinach with one of our dogs (Smoochie) .. Smoochie is a veggie hound ... she loves spinach (especially the leaves with long stems!!!) carrots, green peppers, cucumbers, broccoli and yes ... even brussel sprouts!!!!

I would agree with Tracee about cooked spinach ... but raw spinach is yummy.
