Mint Chutney
All of the ingredients in this chutney are used in many herbal remedies for

s, which makes this dish a shoe-in for the winter season.
1 cup fresh mint leaf
2 green onions, chopped
1 small onion, minced
1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon red curry
Place the first four ingredients in a blender; blend until the mint is completely minced. Add the last four ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Chill before serving. Store in the refrigerator. Yields about ½ cup.
