Homemade French Dressing (weight watchers points = 0)
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
Blend ingredients together. May also add pepper, garlic powder, chopped onion or chopped parsley for a different taste without changing caloric value. This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups (twenty 2-tablespoon servings).
