Baked Chicken With Rice

4 boneless, skinless en breasts
5 ounces package brown and wild rice or long-grain and wild rice
1 1/2 cups water
10 ounces frozen no-salt added peas
1/4 cup dry white wine or water
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse en breasts, pat dry, and set aside. In a 2-quart gl*** baking dish or c***erole, combine rice and water. Discard the seasoning packet that came with the rice. Stir in remaining ingredients and arrange en on top.

Cover dish and bake about 35-45 minutes or until en and rice are tender.
