I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this, but its the closest to what I'm wondering. Anyway,
I get a lot cysts and when they start to drain I need a big bandage area and usually use gauze pads with tape (the same as used in hospitals) but the tape hurts so much and burns my skin, turning it very red. I need something that isn't going to hurt so much. Does anyone know of anything or a new brand or something of tape or bandage?
Thanks!!

Very good question I hope someone has the answer. When I go for bloodwork the tape they use pulls my skin off and makes it red. Have you tried just band aids? not sure if they make the size that you would need.

Our ancestors watch, and wait, for us to identify them, and be linked to them.
I am also allergic to most bandage adhesives...I can ONLY use paper tape that is made for sensitive skin so I always ask for it when I am at the hospital.
I have also had my local pharmacist order it for me.
You can also try steri-strips...ask your doc for them as they should have some in the office.
Yeah Im allergic to adhesive tape also paper tape is the best thing Im also allergic to latex which is in many badaids too so be weary of them also. You can ask at the blood lab for paper tape they should have it if not just hold the gauze there for a few min and it should clot without . Most of the time when I go the lab is so busy they slap one on me i get to my car and rip it right off.
I wish they would come up with something better trust me on that one
try putting lotion on it first before you remove it or get the latex free ones. It takes time but it looks. i had surgeys today and they use Ğlatex free" so they say but i still had tha problem. so i had it use lotion. made sure its oily based. so it works its way throught and under.
