Cereal and Fruit Toss
2 cups toasted oat cereal
2 cups bite-size cereal square rice
2 cups chow mein noodle
1 cup peanut
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon ground
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg ground
1 cup mixed dried fruit chopped
In a large bowl, combine oat cereal, rice cereal, chow mein noodles and peanuts; set aside.
In a large skillet over low heat, melt butter. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in cereal mixture until well coated. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in dried fruit.
