Ghost Gut Dip (with appendages)

Prep Time: 20 minutes minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

1 cup low fat cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1 cup unsweetened pineapple chunks

1. Whirl all ingredients in a blender. Leave a little lumpy to resemble guts.

2. Serve with appendages of carrot sticks, celery stalks, apple slices, orange sections, cucumber sticks, and banana sticks.

Note: Makes 2 cups but can be doubled easily.

This sounds great. If we combined all the Halloween recipes that are posted here, we would have such a fun Halloween feast.

I have done this but also added paprika for more coloring!!!!

Thanks for the reminder I forgot about this dip.
