Talking Toffee dip with apples

Toffee dip with apples

3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup Powdered sugar
1Tsp. Vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) block 1/3-less fat cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup toffee bits (Like Skor)
1 Cup pineapple juice
6 Red Delicious apples
6 Granny Smith apples

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add toffee bits and mix well. Cover and chill.
2. Combine juice and apples in a bowl, toss well. Drain apples, Place apples in an airtight container, seal and chill. Serve dip with apples

This sounds so awesome!!! I just love toffee and so does my DH! I will have to make it for dessert tonight!
