Blueberry Freeze: 1 oz. vodka
¼ oz. wild-berry schnapps
1 oz. cream of coconut
2 oz. blueberries
1½ oz. pineapple, crushed
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
8 oz. crushed ice
1 tbsp. whipped cream

Procedure:

Blend ingredients thoroughly. Pour into specialty glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with a teaspoon of blueberries.

Frozen Fuzzy : 1 oz Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 oz Lemon-Lime Soda
1/2 cup ice.
Blend ingredients on low for 5 seconds. Then blend on high until firm.

Fruit Splash

1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
1/3 cup Cherry-flavored Brandy
1/3 cup Creme de Banane
Blend well. Makes 4-6 servings.

Chi-Chi

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Cream of Coconut
4 oz Pineapple Juice
1 cup Ice
Blend all ingredients until smooth

Banana Lover

1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Creme de Banane
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Sour
Mix 1/2 Banana, pealed
1 cup Ice
Blend Until Smooth

Check out Ms. Cocktail (Melissa) up there!!!!!!!! And nobody answered her question after all of that. I would have to say my favorite drink now is either the Chi-Chi or the Fruit Splash. I usually drink a Savignon Blanc or Merlot, but as far as a cocktail, I would have to say after being a bartender for years, by favorite was the Dreamcicle. I will have to look up the recipe though. It's been a while. We would always try one new drink every night for our shift drink. These sound great Lissa. Thanks for sharing.
