Hi-
Well I just joined yesterday so I am still trying to figure all of this out as well. However I have made a couple of posts and am enjoying it so far. Maybe we can get in the swing of things together. It seems like everyone has known each other so long, I feel a little strange ing into conversations. I am a mother of one energetic little two year old son and one on the way. I am preparing to make the transition from Full time professional/Full time mom to Full time parent only. I can't wait. Unfortunatly our timing with this one was a little off so he/she will have to be in daycare for about a month after my maternity leave. I am in the Military and can't just give notice but a month isn't too bad. I found this webpage while doing research I have been trying to attack my transition to stay at home like I would a new assignment at work. Research. I have read alot of books and done alot of surfing. It is going to be a little rocky and I am really nervous which is another reason I am trying to network with other more experienced mothers hopefully it will give me some sort of support foundation. Hope to see you around the zone!!!

Welcome to both of you. Please don't feel awkward about ing in the conversations. That is how you become one of the ones who knows everyone else. I felt the same way when I started too thought but everyone here is super nice and we are so glad to have new moms with us, new as in just joined the group. . my name is Polly, I have been pretty busy lately so that is why I haven't been on much but I sure do miss everyone and miss out on getting to know all of our new members. I have 2 girls, ages 19 and 13. Oh joy!!! . They are pretty good girls but not perfect. Luckily my 19 year old still lives at home. She is going to college and working part time so hopefully I'll have her home for a few more years. My youngest thinks she is 19 so I have to keep her reighned in , . I hope you both learn to love it here as much as I do. Everyone is really great. I look forward to getting to know you. ,

Hi Welcome

My name is Kim I have been married 13 years this feb. on the 13th and Im a mom of triplets 2 boys 1 girl that just turned 8 aug 9th and I had a surprise pregnancy because the drs. told me that I couldnt get pregnant un assisted and I had a little girl June 24th . She is doing well after a very long scary pregnancy that these wonderful ladies got me through. you will love it here to you all. Im a part time teachers aid I fill in when needed. I work with special needs kids.
