Pepperoni Stromboli
2 loaves frozen bread dough -- thawed
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
sliced pepperoni
8 ounces mozzarella cheese -- shredded
1/3 cup parmesan cheese -- grated
Punch dough down. On lightly floured surface roll each loaf into a 20" x 8" rectangle. Place on greased

sheet or cornmeal dusted pizza stone. Spread pizza sauce stopping 2" short of length and 4" short of width. Sprinkle with oregano, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese. Fold long sides of dough up toward filling; set aside. The the remaining rectangle into 3 strips. Loosely braid strips; pinch ends to seal. Place braid on hop of cheese; pinch to dough to seal. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 30 mins. or until golden brown
