I feel the same as you do. I am definitely not ready for this at all. I always said I refuse to get old. If I live to be 90 I will be the swingingest little old lady you ever saw. That is if my body agrees with my mind. Meaning I still have a mind by then.
Do you think maybe we could start going backwards instead say until we are back to 55 and then go up again until this number than back again and just keep doing that? It works for me.
