Hi all! I just joined this

. :O) I am Michelle, a sahm of 5 kids (ages 11, 8, 7, 5 and 2), four boys and one girl (she is the 7 yr old). We live in Los Angeles CA, but I grew up in Santa Maria, CA. I am an avid reader of anything and everything! I am a quilter, and have been quilting for about 8 yrs now. I recently opened my own online shop where I sell my baby quilts, lap quilts and a variety of other sewn items (character denim jackets, table toppers, doll quilts, etc.)

My husband is a veteran of the U.S. Army, and is currently back in college getting his degree in Accounting. So money is tight for us right now. We live in a small house with my mom, stepdad and niece. My niece is 12.

I am the cook, chauffer, maid, etc. around here. So my life is very busy to say the very least! :O)

I hope to meet many new

here! Living in Los Angeles makes it very hard to meet people, as everyone is too busy looking after themselves. LOL

I am actually brand new here

I have a daughter Jenna who is 3 and baby girl #2 due in just a few weeks. I work at home so I love connecting with other moms and having that support system! Kids throw new things at you everyday and I love being able to connect to a support system that may have gone thru certain situations already

I look forward to getting to know you all more
