i've been a member for a while but dont do a lot of posting
i'm in canada, i'm an at home mom right now but will have to get back to work in march as we need the extra income and the insurance !!
i enter contests as a hobby , last yr getting about $6100 in prizes, the best prize we ever won was an iMAC computer from london drugs (in store draw)
i used to work at a meat processing plant but quite in dec as i hated the place and it was making me depressed and having very suicidal thoughts
i have two wonderful kids who i'm sure i worry way too much over
my hubby

s cab in the city which is a 20 min

from the town we live in (1300 population)
i've got a cat who

s under the blankets with me
i love getting freebies in the mail and love to save money using coupons (saved $90 in jan alone)

Nice to meet you. I am married with three sons and five grandsons. I dont' work out of the home but have a home business. Sorry to hear you have to go back to work.

WOW!!! Congrats binabug!! That is great!!! I didn't think people actually won contests anymore!!! You'll have tell me some of your great places to enter!! Welcome to momzone and hope you find time to post some more with us!! Sorry you have to go back to work. Maybe some day you will win a contest that makes you rich and you won't have to work!! I have a "part time" job and sometimes I wish I didn't!! Like this week, we have state auditors in. At least they are very nice.It's just stressful getting all the info they need, especially since I've never had to do it before and things are kind of a mess from previous workers. Well, good to talk to you and hope to get to know you better.

to date this is the biggest thing I've won and still in a bit of

there are a ton of yahoo newsgroups that are for contesting...they give you the url and sometimes the answers if theres some sort of trivia...i currently belong to a monthly group, one dedicated to canada sweeps and a book winning club (the authors at writerspace.com offer a once a month contest all the time, about 300 contests there alone
