madras chicken

hi there I would like to share a indian meat dish called Madras en . Its very easy to prepare. First you get a pot, put in 2-3 tablespoons of oil, add 2 medium size onions and saute until its golden brown on medium-high heat. Add garlic and canned tomatos-usually has about 8 tomatos. Add 12-14 bonesless, skinless en breasts,Than add Patak's=madras sauce. This is available in any indian produce isles, or indian store. add about 4-5 tablespoons. Stir and coat the en. Lower the heat to medium and let it cook for 25-30 minutes. eat with rice or pita. Its a somewhat spicy dish. very rich in flavors.
