When my daughter got a bloody nose the last thing I was concerned about was cleaning the carpet, that is until it was dryed and set in. I didn't think I would ever get it out, but I did with hydrogen peroxide. It also out when my 2 yr old decided to take a tube of h paste and paint the rug blue. I haven't tried it on grape juice, but would love to know if that works.
