Thumbs up Apple Fritters

pple Fritters Makes about 30

2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
3 cups chopped apples (leave skin on)
oil for frying

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs and add milk. Pour into dry ingredients. Stir until batter is smooth. Add apples and blend together. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil at 375 degrees. Fry until golden brown, turning once.

I have lots of apples from our apple tree so I've been looking for different recipes for apples ... this one sounds yummy AND easy My kind of recipe. I'm gonna give this one a try.
