Post Fall Apple Dip

Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese -- Softened
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
7 ounces marshmallow creme topping

With electric mixer beat cream cheese and cinnamon until fluffy. Fold in lemon juice and marshmallow. Use as a dip for apples or other firm fruit.

Cheesecake Fruit Dip

Ingredients:
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup milk

In a medium bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding mix, frozen whipped topping, cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and milk. Serve chilled.

Low Fat Fruit Dip

Ingredients:
1 container of Fat Free Cool Whip
2 (3.4 ounce) Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding mix

Let Cool Whip thaw for about 1 hour. Mix in pudding mix until well-blended. Serve with fruit.

Strawberry Fruit Dip

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container of frozen whipped topping
1/2 to 1 cup strawberry jam

Blend the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and strawberry jam. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator for 1/2 to 1 hour.

Apricot Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried apricots
1 cup water
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Combine apricots and water in a small saucepan, over a medium flame bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, until tender drain, reserving 1/4 cup liquid combine apricots, reserved liquid, and sugar in a food processor process until smooth add cream cheese, sour cream, and nutmeg again process until smooth cover and chill for 60-90 minutes.
