Foster Kids

I have 3 foster kids...they are a sibling group. Two boys (2 years/18 months) and a girl (7 months).
I've had the 18 month old for over a year, the 7 month old since she was 3 days old and the 2 year old since Halloween. Love them so much...can't stand their case worker though!
How do you deal with case workers who don't seem to care about what happens to the kids...and treats you like the enemy???

We never had any issues like that. Our case workers were always pretty attentive and cared quite a bit for the kids in our custody. In our training classes we were told to do our best to deal with the case worker and try to find out why he/she is not being attentive enough ... if there is no satisfaction after a valiant effort to change things then you should go to the person just above that worker and discuss it with their supervisor. Don't ever be afraid of handling a situation like that ... after all ... you are the child's advocate and if the case worker isn't working properly then the child is not getting all he/she needs.
