Pretty much from the guidelines shown, we sort of qualified for it. But there is one thing that struck me...Better if we have no children. My Ex-husband has agreed to give us child support. No you need everything on paper. He might not want to pay child support later and you don't have anything that says he promised. Please think about it.

of divorce, but every situation is different...it may seem like the easy thing to do now -- but cheap is usually not the way to go with things like cars, medical procedures and anything to do with the law.

There are a lot of lawyers that offer pro-bono or very cheap services for young people -- especially for a divorce, I would htink. Which state are you in?

I would look everywhere first and figure out the best solution for the divorce proceedings. There are a lot of things to think about that can come up in the future that a quickie divorce won't compensate for.

I definitely would look around before doing something hasty and because it is cheap; it could cost you a lot more in the long run.
