Mine is getting the whole family together to play a game or go to the park or watch a movie.
Also, around Christmas we around and look at all the pretty lights.
When hubby is at work I try to do some kind of craft or something with the kids. Then when he gets home sometimes they wrestle or mess around.
My favorite family activity is girl's nite, thats when my daughter and I decide to get a bunch of movies and snacks and we cuddle up together in the living room and watch movies together and chit chat about things going on in our lives, or problems that she is having. It really brings us close together. With the hubby, we usually go for walks or play games.
My families favorite past time activity would be dinner at Ponderous and a movie.We don't have lot of money so this is rare for us to do.Also going to the park.Driving around seeing christams lights(that is a must every year.)Wrestling with dad and cooking with mom(me).I try to do some kind of activity with the family at least weekly.More if possible.
Our family is grown with kids of their own, but they all still love to get to gether with each other. So during the summer we all go camping together. About every other year we go down into the mountains for Thanksgiving and cook everything down there even the turkey. Any time mom cooks the kids come running
I have to agree with the Christmas light! In the summer going fishing is a must. I the 6 yr. old & just try to keep the almost 3 yr. old in the boat . Otherwise movies is something we do more often.
We build a fire and hang out in the family room watching a movie or reading or we play domminoes or some times even jist hang out and read..
I will be teaching my one daughter how to knit so she can knit while we watch a movie..
Busy hands don't look for snacks so If we are working on scarfs and hats for chill chasers we can't eat... I am also teaching us how to quilt.
I have DH and 2 boys! So we like to watch movies or play PS2 together.
In warmer weather we like to around and see where roads leads us and go for ice cream or just swim all day and cook out.
In er weather we like to around at Christmas time and see all the pretty lights. DH and boys love to play in the snow and sled ride. Sorry, but Mom HATES weather so I just let that be the 'boys' thing together.
