I was wondering if any of you have an end of summer tradition?
School has started for some of our kids.
Do you have a last minute activity, vacation, or party?
Or, do you just clean out the kids' closets looking for old clothes and shoes?
Typically, the last thing we really spend money on is our local fair. We buy the kids wristbands to ride the rides all day and let them eat almost what they want. Then we "close down" the carnival.
We are some of the last people to leave the fairgrounds. This year we went on a Monday, so the carnival didn't stay open as long. Only til 1130-12.
When we have gone on a Fri or Sat., the carnival usually stay going until 1230 or so.
Many times we have been one of the last vehicles in the lot we park in.
Are fair was the 2 week of Aug so its over boo hoo! And with sloan working we didn't get to stay as long as we would have. we have shut down the fair before to
We use to go camping on the labor day weekend but with Amanda and band she has something going on Sat in Kane so were be going to that and maybe we can find a craft show or something to go to this weekend.
Since we went to gettysburg this weekend money will be tight we have to pay bills this time around waaaaaaaaaaa oh well at least by the time tax returns come around we can get fully cought up and no cridit cards woooooooooo hoooooooooo!
Our Anniversary is coming up quickly and Patrick starts school on Sept 5 (finally got his bus schudule today)
