All-American Chili

2 (15-oz.) Cans BUSH's Chili Beans
1 Pound lean ground beef
1 Cup chopped onion
1 Cup chopped green pepper
1 (14 1/2 oz.) Can diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) Can tomato paste
1/2 Cup water
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon chili powder
2 Teaspoons oregano
1 Teaspoon sugar
Shredded cheddar cheese (garnish)

In large pan, cook beef, onion, and green pepper until meat is
