1 1/2 cups cooked diced

en gravy
2 tblsp of chopped pimentos
2 Tbs. chopped onion
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 large bag of potato chips
Cut the crust off of 16 slices of white bread. Make 8 sandwiches with the above

en filling. Wrap in foil and freeze overnight, or for several days. Dip frozen sandwiches in mixture of 4 beaten eggs and 2 tbls of milk, then roll into crushed potato chips. Place sandwiches on greased

sheet. Bake 1 hour @ 300 degs. Do not turn them. They are delicious! Enjoy.
