Beef Kabobs With Horseradish Sauce

Makes 4 servings.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
Cooking Time: 6 minutes.
Standing Time: 10 minutes.

• 1 ½ pounds London broil, cut into 1-inch cubes
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• ½ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
• 1 8-ounce container whipped cream cheese
• 3 tablespoons drained horseradish

1. Prepare a grill or preheat the broiler. In a large bowl, toss the meat, oil, Worcestershire, and salt until the meat is well-coated. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and horseradish until well mixed. Add water or milk, a tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches a just pourable consistency. Season to taste with salt and set aside.

3. Thread the beef on 8 skewers and grill or broil, turning occasionally, until well-browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes for medium rare. Serve with the horseradish sauce on the side.

This sounds great! I love horseradish sauce. They have some in a jar to use like mayonaise. I love to put that on my sandwiches versus plain mayo. Really good on turkey also.

Thanks for the kabob recipe.
