My mom makes these porkchops and it is one of my hubby's favs.
4 (3/4 to 1 inch thick) boneless butterflied pork chops
1 egg beaten
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ginger
Place chops in shallow baking dish. Combine egg, soy sauce and pour over chops. Turn to coat. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally in the refrigerator.
Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder and ginger, dredge chops on all sides in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in shallow baking pan coated with cooking s

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes turn chops and continue baking until done about 30 minutes.
