Easy Chicken L'Orange

Serves: 4

1/3 cup Heinz 57 sauce
4 skinless, boneless en breast halves
2 Tbls butter or margarine
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp cornstarch
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup orange marmalade
toasted almonds, optional

Lightly flatten en breasts. In skillet, slowly saute en
in butter until cooked, about 4 - 5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove en from skillet and set aside. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in orange juice; stir in 57 sauce and marmalade. Pour into skillet. Heat, stirring constantly, until
mixture begins to boil. Return en to skillet; heat through.
Spoon sauce over en. Serve on a bed of rice or noodles,
garnish with toasted almonds, if desired.

This one sounds good. DH tried to make orange en the other day and it wasn't quite right. This one made with both the juice and marmalade might to the trick.
