1/3 cup Heinz 57 sauce
4 skinless, boneless

2 Tbls butter or margarine
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp cornstarch
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup orange marmalade
toasted almonds, optional
Lightly flatten

en from skillet and set aside. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in orange juice; stir in 57 sauce and marmalade. Pour into skillet. Heat, stirring constantly, until
mixture begins to boil. Return
