Imperial Crab Recipe

Imperial Crab

1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay (tm) Seasoning
1 tbsp. mustard
3 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Melt butter with the green peppers and cook on slow until pepper is tender. Add flour, salt and pepper and gradually add milk; stir until smooth and . Then add all the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
