Post Cheese Steaks

Serves: 1 Servings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Very thin sliced round steak
2 Chopped tomatoes
1 Yellow bell pepper; chopped
1 Onion; chopped
1 Red bell pepper; chopped
1/2 c Chopped parsley
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1/4 ts Chili powder
2 tb Oil
Velveeta cheese or other
-soft cheese
6 Hero rolls; split and
-toasted

Instructions:
Stir fry peppers, onion, garlic, parsley and chili powder until onion is
clear of color, stir in tomatoes and drain. In a large skillet, heat oil
and cook round steak, several slices at a time, turning until browned.
Arrange steak on toasted buns and top with cheese (if using Velveeta cut in
slices). Broil 4 inches from heat just until cheese melts. Top with tomato
mixture and serve.
