en as well...I have spent years getting this downpat and just last week got it right...It looks more complicated than it is..but is truely worth the time...hope you enjoy it!!
Makes about 3 cups
2T oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c brown sugar
2 t chili powder
2 t oregano
1 t cayenne
1 t paprika
1 t mustard
1 1/2 T worchestershire
1 1/2 T vinegar
14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 T tobasco/hot sauce
1 1/3 c ketchup
1 c honey
Heat oil - saute onion and garlic in oil
Add all dry ingredients and stir well
Add rest of ingredients - stir well and bring to a boil
Simmer until well mixed...stir frequently (30 minutes)
pour over ribs/

en, cover and cook at 350 til tender
