I know there are weight loss diet plans out there, I have tried LA Weight Loss, waste of money!!!!! I am looking for copies of a 3 or 4 day deit that makes you loose fast . If any one has it sent me PM and I give you my email or post it on momzone!!!! THANKS!!!

I don't know about the fast wgt loss --but I camr across a site that is free--and has menu plans, plans etc--its called Spark People. Also has blogging boards and teams. Also has a means to log what you eat and drink and do if you like tracking numbers.
Fast though--have you ever done one of those detox type juice diets? I think I mostly losee fluids--but I was drinking them right back as I went LOL
Good luck--have a fun event to slim down for quickly?

I haven't been on momzone in over a year! This use to be one of my favorite sites to check in on. It ed me when my weight was up and down. I am happy to report I have lost 48 lbs since then and am very comfortable with my weight right now. Some people have actually asked if I'm ! I'm 156lbs. so I don't look like I'm all bones or anything and I wear a size 12 but I guess they worry. I just don't eat as much as I use to. I went on a diet just before my wedding last January and then I stayed off sweets for lent and then I guess I just got in the habit of eating less. Well it's good to just check in - I hope everyone is doing well. I know this time of year is the worst. I am even struggling a bit right now but not to bad. If I goof then I make it up another day. So Hi everyone and talk to you all soon.
