An Inexpensive Way to Track your Diet & Exercise Habits

Hi Everyone!

I have been using this great website that s me keep track of what I am eating (including calories, fat, carbohydrates, sodium, and protein) and my level. It is very easy to use and so much less expensive than other online programs or diets I have seen out there. There are chat sessions, research information, and links to great products that are ing me on my weight loss journey! I have already lost 2 pounds this week! Yay for me!
