some ideas to make drinking water fun

Buy a fancy glass to use
throw some lemon or lime in the water
freeze sprigs of mint in your ice cubes for a minty water as they melt
buy some fun freezable "plastic" iced cubes in cute shapes
bring a water bottle with you when you go out

Drinking water is good for you. But, 100 oz a day? That's waaay too much in my opinion. Why would you want to drown your fat cells or the rest of you for that matter?

So far this year I have had one diet Pepsi and two diet caffiene free Pepsi's.

Drinking more water is beneficial as long as it's chlorine free, flouride free, etc...

Thanks for the info, Chris!!

I drink lots of water, there is no soda in my house, we drink juice. I have a fun way to put fizz in our lives when we crave some soda. We buy seltzer water and put some on the juice it's fizzy and taste good. We also have a water er at home.

I drink water but have to be careful because my body retains fluid I have to take medication to get it o ut of my system. I like seltzer water with lemon or lime when I go out to dinner that way I feel like im having soda. I just started weightwatchers at home program so im hoping in a few months to have some what of a weightloss im going to take it slow . I dont allow my kids to have soda unless its a special occassion.

They have milk or juice or water . too much water isnt good for your body because you can drown in your own system so dont overdue it everyday like that check with your dr. it can become toxic after awhile.
