Is anyone else doing WW? I started used the Flex Points 6 weeks ago and have lost 8.4 lbs. My DH is doing it with me and has lost 20 lbs. Just curious if anyone has any new recipes, etc with it to share.

This is what the Lord asks of you; only this, to act justly, to love tenderly and walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8

I'm trying to get myself back on it. I'm doing it on my own ... just can't afford the time or extra money to go to the weekly meetings so I'm trying it on my own. I tend to allow all the outside influences get me off track and each time I get back on it I manage to lose 20-30 pounds but end up gaining 10 back when I get off track ... now I'm working on incorporating the foods in to my family menu ... it's been tough because I have two boys who are very picky eaters but they are slowly adapting I've managed to get about 35 lbs. off so far and have not gained any back so I'm quite happy Time to keep going.
I started doing Weight Watchers online this past summer. I've lost 23 lbs so far, but everyone I've met who's done WW before said they only did it for a little while and gained everything back as soon as they quit. Has anyone else tried it? I've talked to 4 people in the past week who said they thought it was only a temp thing, and it makes me sad...
It's changing the way you eat, eatting what you want in smaller portions
