Bella D. is on a distinguished road
South Beach Diet

My husband and I started the south beach diet 40 days before Easter. He lost 15 pounds and I stayed the same. I am diabetic so this is the only way I can eat to keep my blood sugar levels normal. I am having a hard time losing weight and had my blood tests show that my thyroid was acting up. So now going through menopause and now medication for me thyroid, sugar, and high blood pressure. I clean houses three days a week and try to walk 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 miles on the days I don't work. I just joined a new company that has an awesome product. I use a delicious shake in the that s to control my appetite and keep me feeling full for 4-6 hours, it s to reduce carb cravings within 48 hours. My husband reached a plateau of 15 pounds, added this shake and lost another 15 pounds and still going. I haven't seen him this skinny since we were married 25 years ago! My clothes are getting looser but no pounds off yet. I noticed my sugar levels are normal and not spiking like they were. I feel so much better, more energy and ing better. It s when you have someone eating the same way you are.
