I use the Richard Simmons' _Sweatin' to the Oldies_ series, Donna Richardson's _4 Day Rotation Workout_, Scott Cole's _Discover Tai Chi: AM & PM Workouts_, Suzanne Deason's _Gentle Yoga_, and LivingArts _Yoga for Beginners: AM, stress relief, and PM_ with Rodney Yee, Suzanne Deason, and Patricia Walden.
I love them all! I start the day with some Tai Chi and yoga, then after breakfast and getting everyone to work and school I do either aerobics with Richard Simmons or weights with Donna Richardson. Once I get Ivy in bed, I do some more yoga and Tai Chi.
