We would eat a good breakfast but NO Bread of any kind
Then a large Salad with Tomatoe's, lettus, any type of Veggie's you can add I used Pace Picante sauce on my salad Vickie used salad dressings. I like the crunch so I took 10 Mission chips to eat with mine.. Vickie used any type of chip they happened to have on hand. Stop drinking stuff with Sugar in it maybe 1 a day.
