Get rid of those pounds.

Ok, I am new to these boards and I am looking around to see what all is here, so if I am out of line someone tell me.

I lost 23 lbs & 21 inches in less then 6 weeks. I never went hungry, was able to eat all my favorite foods,gained a ton of energy, improved my health, and it was all much easier then what I had expected. So I decided to some other people I knew. Started with my granny who was a diabetic, by ing her to get good nutrition into her body she lost 35lbs, lowered her HBP, her sugar is now normal, and she is off all her prescription medications, plus she has gained so much energy she walks 2 miles everyday.
So I shared with my aunt what I had found, at that time she was on 13 prescription medications for different things that were ***ociated with her obesity, we worked together and still are, but ofter 7 months she had lost 70 lbs and is off of 11 of those prescriptions.
All in all I was able to a hand full of people lose over 220 lbs last year. With good nutrition and support everyone found it to work out great!!

weight lose

I have lost 65 pounds & was never hungry either but I did it with
Salads, Pace sauce & water plus lots of walking working with weights... Between my cousin Vickie & I we have lost 1 whole person weight 165 pounds.

Please tell us how you all lost the weight !! Thats Great you all have done it Hope it stays that way its easy to start a diet but hard to keep to it but we have done really good until the stress level started climbing then I got off for a month starting back on it Monday Nov.17,2003

We would eat a good breakfast but NO Bread of any kind
Then a large Salad with Tomatoe's, lettus, any type of Veggie's you can add I used Pace Picante sauce on my salad Vickie used salad dressings. I like the crunch so I took 10 Mission chips to eat with mine.. Vickie used any type of chip they happened to have on hand. Stop drinking stuff with Sugar in it maybe 1 a day. Have PLENTY of water around when you are driving, sitting,walking. I know it works I am living prove of it I hate diets but had to lose weight. You can also take & added Peas, Beans to warm your salad up since it is getting again. I NEVER thought I would be able to take the weight off but Thank God I did only 5 pounds at a time then reward your self with anything but the next day start again this is a diet you can cheat on but you have to keep trying this is an easy diet Key things to remembers.

1. Its for you & you only
2. LOTS of WATER
3. Walking
4. Eat Lots of Salads
5. YOu might cheat but you can start again
6. REWARDS go buy you anything you want clothes, a meal @ Noon but always Walk after you eat.
7. When your family brings in or wants to go out to eat always
eat what you want but only sparingly



I never went hungry at all if I wanted it I ate it but only a little bit.
I have kids so sometimes they wanted s so if I wanted it I would have half a see what I am saying if you want to email me you can I will you ever way I can. My cousin & I talked on the phone every day & that s to have someone thats going threw it with you as supporting each other...

We all did it with Herbalife! Herbalife offers a nutritious way to loss weight, with meal replacements. Now I know what you are thinking cause everyone thinks it. Shakes.....gross! Well I just had a lady start on the shakes last Monday and she could not believe how delicious they were and there is so many ways to go about making them, including making a pie. I lost the last 5 lbs by eating chocolate pie!!! 2 meal replacement per day and 1 meal of what ever you want, I chose things like pizza and cheeseburgers, cause those are the type of foods I love. Since then I have tried to change my eating habits, en, move fruits and veggies.
Drinking a ton of water s alot. I did no , but am now in the faze of wanting to workout.
I have learned alot about nutrition and how it s your body heal itself.

Congrats to you on your weightloss. I know you must be feeling so much better!!
