We all have the same problems in here, some maybe less and some maybe more pounds to lose but together we WILL do it!!
Just be careful of what you eat, no inbetween snacks unless they are healthy ones. Chew a carrot stick or celery stick or something like that, drink lots of water, (now watch Mechele come in after me for that one) the water

Do leg lifts if you can, when you are sitting doing nothing but watching tv or something, do some tummy tucks again. Leg lifts, just keep it up and try and do some walking as well. We take our measurements and weight once a month. Then we post it in our special room which I will send out the key to for everyone. I first have to check and make sure it is still there. I will pm the key to you all. On the 19th of each month we do this but maybe we should change the date so everyone has a fresh start.
Mechele, what do you think, and Gretch and Misty?? Should we leave it at the 19th or change it?
