Thumbs up It Could Be A Snickers Bar

Makes 4 servings

12 oz. soft sugar-free ice cream
1 cup fat freet Cool Whip
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 pkg. sugar-free butterscotch
pudding (dry)
3 oz. Grape-Nuts cereal

Mix first 4 ingredients, then stir in cereal. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Cover and freeze.

Very Aratr(?) Victorious!

That sounds like a great desert!!! My FIL has a sugar problem, I bet he would just freak out for this. Also my Dad is doing the no/low carb. thing.

I can't believe this recipe's still around! Look when I posted it - in Sept. 2002

I'm so glad you ladies found it. It's truly yummy and even though I just noticed my typo from way back when (fat freet instead of fat free ) you'd never know it was a diabetic recipe. I originally made this for my SIL and now I've learned I'm diabetic so it's become a treat for me once in a while.

Does anyone know the carb count for this dessert? I would love to make it for my mom who is diabetic, but she is on a strict carb count.
