Fresh Fruit Salad
1 (8 oz) carton low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons granulated brown sugar substitute (brown Sugar Twin)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cups banana (about 2 small), sliced
1 1/2 cups apple (about 2 small), chopped
1 1/2 cups pear (about 2 medium), chopped
1 1/4 cups fresh orange sections (about 2 medium)
1. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well. Combine banana and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
2. To serve, spoon 1 cup fruit mixture into each of 7 bowls; top evenly with sour cream mixture.
