6-8 skinless en thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1. Wash and dry en. Place in slow cooker.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over en.
3. Cover. Cook on high 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook 6-7 hours.
4. Serve over rice.
