4 mild italian sausages, sliced
1 stalk celery -- diced
3 Medium zucchini -- thinly sliced
1 Small onion -- chopped
3 Cups beef stock
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp dried basil
salt & pepper to taste
grated parmesan
Brown the sausage. Drain well. Add the celery,
zucchini, and onion and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Combine all ingredients except parmesan in crockpot.
Cover; cook on high for 30 minutes. Reduce heat
to low and cook 2-3 hours. Serve with parmesan.
