2 cans Tomato Soup
15 oz Italian--style diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups water
1/4 cup rotini pasta
3 slices Canadian bacon or Pepperoni, chopped
1/2 cup croutons
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Place all ingredients except croutons and cheese in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours. Place croutons in the bottom of each individual soup bowl and top with soup. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
I used to make a soup just like this for my boys and they'd devour it in minutes!!! Only I didn't use the crock pot for the one I made...this is even better Thanks Dawn.
