2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 pound Beef stew meat
1 large Onion
1 cup Celery -- chopped
2 cups Tomato sauce
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 quarts Water
1 1/2 cups Zucchini -- sliced
1 cup Frozen peas
2 cups orzo pasta -- cooked
1 teaspoon Chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese
Brown meat in oil in large skillet. Place all ingredients except pasta in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir in cooked pasta. Cook for 15 minutes.
