Chili Burgers & Pasta Crockpot!
Chili Burgers & Pasta
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. parsley
1 can ( 8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (8 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up and juice reserved
1 can (4 ounce) chopped green chilies
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
cooked pasta
Crumble ground beef and place in a slow cooker. Add green pepper, onion, parsley, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes with juice, green chilies, chili powder, garlic, salt, paprika and pepper. Stir well until combined.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours until vegetables are tender and meat is done. Serve over cooked pasta.
