Creamed Corn
3 - 16 ounce packages of frozen corn (make sure there is no sauce on them)
11 ounces of cream cheese
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine (I prefer the taste of butter)
3 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons of milk (I use low-fat or non-fat)
2 tablespoons of sugar
6 slices of cheese (you'll get different flavors depending on whether you use

cheese, cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese or swiss cheese)
Combine all ingrediants in the crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook 4 - 5 hours on low, or until heated through and cheese is melted. Stir well before serving.
