Turkey Teriyaki Sandwiches
1 1/2 pounds skinless turkey thighs
1/2 cup teriyaki baste and glaze sauce
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients in 3 to 4 quart slow cooker; cover and cook on low
for 9 to 10 hours. Remove turkey from slow cooker and remove and discard
bones. Shred turkey and return to slow cooker. Cook on high for 10 to 15
minutes until sauce is thickened. Serve on hoagie buns. 4 servings.
